Return Policy

 

• Exchange will be accepted only in an unlikely event of a manufacturing defect.  

• If found with any defect , Email us at hatetairi1@gmail.com and send us an image on wasapp within 10 hours of receipt of the package . 

• We will confirm the exchange once from our end once we have received and verified your complaint.

• The product needs to be returned to Hatetairi in the original condition and once received  refund will then be issued to you directly by us.

• The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact.

• Sari' s that have the blouse piece cut, tassels made and falls stitched by you will not be exchanged
